FAQs

How long will it take for my order to ship?

If your item is ready for shipment, orders typically take 1-3 business days to ship out. I use USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail for shipment and will include tracking for domestic US orders.

If your item is made to order or custom, please reference the item details as production time varies depending on the item. I do my best to estimate production time, but due to the nature of handmade ceramics, I will also make sure to keep you up to date throughout the production process should any delays arise. (Kiln gods be good!)

Will I receive the item pictured?

Please expect natural variations between items of the same design, as each piece is individually handcrafted as a one of a kind item or in small batch production. Natural color and dimension variation will occur and this is what makes each piece distinct and beautiful. Product listing pictures are a representation of the item design. In many cases, the item pictured is the piece you will receive, but please reach out via messages to the shop if you would like confirmation or have any questions.

How do I care for my item?

Ceramic home goods are microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise noted in the product description. Hand-washing is encouraged to reduce the risk of breakage and chipping, particularly for pieces with delicate features such as stems or handles. 

​

Glazes will wear and colors will evolve with use. Crackle glazes will patina in the crackle lines over time and with exposure to liquids. While this is characteristic of the glaze and is welcome by some, if you would like to slow down the aging process, you may want to have your piece avoid prolonged contact with dark liquids. Hand-washing and drying immediately after washing will also help.

Do you take custom order requests?

Whenever possible, I love creating custom pieces. If you have a custom piece or project in mind, please reach out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yep! I offer international shipping via USPS for which pricing varies by location. If you would like to utilize an alternate carrier, please message me before placing your order.

Are you environmentally friendly?

In life and in this small business, I take steps to be good to the earth. Sustainability is a core value of mine. When packaging your orders, I reuse shipping materials I've collected as much as possible. I also invest in a naturally biodegradable, compostable, SFI-certified, and fully recyclable alternative to bubble wrap.

Do you have a brick & mortar shop?

I am currently operating out of my home in New York City! While I do not have a brick & mortar location (yet), you may see my pieces for sale in person at any of my wonderful retailers' locations. I also participate in local fairs whenever my schedule allows. These will always be announced ahead of time on Instagram so follow along for alerts!

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes. I am a huge fan of every single one of my current vendors, many of them women-led businesses owned and operated by bad-ass chicks who juggle a few dozen responsibilities every day.
